Our History

CLG & Partners, founded by Christian Ledesma Garcia, Norberto Scotti and Gustavo Bautista, in July 2002 in the City of Geneva, Switzerland.

CLG & Partners formed a society called SAMCO (Swiss asset management company), which worked on the famous Rue de la Croix D'or - with two Swiss partners with whom we form this joint venture.

In early 2003 decided to form the Compañía Latinoamericana de Gestión SA in Argentina. - Based in Buenos Aires, at the offices of Quintana Avenue corner Ayacucho, in the neighborhood of La Recoleta, until March 2010 and today we continue in our offices on Avenida Alvear, where we serve our clientele of investors and family groups. - This company is a producer of the MERVAL stock market (market of Buenos Aires).

In 2003 and in 2005 we Argenvestments Property Management SA, companies that made commercial property management and real estate construction, where our customers had a chance more investment, both in Argentina.

Also at the end of 2005, ended the joint venture and created SAMCO Latin American Management Company (Uruguay) and this created its subsidiary CLG Investments in British Virgin Island.

In Montevideo, Uruguay, with offices in the Free Zone ZonaAmerica, 30 minutes from downtown Montevideo, behind the Carrasco International Airport, operates CLG Uruguay, since 2006, where our business center, back office, and care customers.

Our companies have customers in Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Spain, Italy, Canada, USA, Portugal.

Since 2008 CLG Investments opened a small office in Lausanne, Switzerland.

In 10 years of experience of independent advice, the group has performed CLG business alliances with different companies and international banks, all top notches.
